Project Overview
Pakungo is a live restaurant operations platform spanning iOS, web and backend services. The product connects customer-facing ordering experiences with staff and owner workflows so restaurants can manage orders, tables, payments, reservations and daily operations from one ecosystem.
Product Context
Pakungo covers the operational surface of a restaurant business: QR ordering, voice ordering, staff dashboards, owner views, reservations, rewards, tables, menus, order tracking and payment flows.
Platform Focus
The architecture is service-oriented: FastAPI services for core domains, a Vite/React staff and owner portal, an iOS-capable mobile app, AWS-backed configuration, and GitOps deployment through Helm and ArgoCD.
Live Product Scope
Pakungo is a live Zaibatsu product with broad platform coverage, tenant isolation, mobile readiness and restaurant-specific workflows across customer, staff and owner roles.
