Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native Development)

Location: Remote — Europe-friendly hours
Full-time

We're looking for an experienced engineer to design and ship AI-native systems — production services that integrate large language models, embeddings, and ML pipelines into user-facing products. You'll own core platform components, productionize model-backed features, and help shape our MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement backend systems for embedding storage, retrieval and ranking.
  • Integrate LLMs and vector search into scalable product features with robust fallbacks.
  • Build reliable, observable data and model pipelines (ETL, feature stores, batch/stream).
  • Collaborate with product and ML teams to iterate on prompts, evaluation and safety.
  • Ship production-quality code, unit/integration tests and CI/CD for model-backed services.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years building backend systems (Python/Go/Java/Node) and cloud-native infra.
  • Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector search (e.g. Elastic/Opensearch/FAISS/Pinecone), or modern ML infra.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, serverless and production observability.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals: distributed systems, data modeling and API design.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work asynchronously in a remote team.

FrontEnd UI/UX Engineer — AI Interfaces

Location: Remote — Europe-friendly hours
Full-time

A hybrid designer-engineer role focused on building accessible, performant UI patterns for AI-enabled experiences. You'll craft UIs that make model behavior understandable and useful, prototype interaction patterns, and collaborate closely with ML and product teams to deliver delightful experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement production UI components and flows for LLM-integrated features.
  • Create prototypes and design specs (Figma) and convert them into robust React components (Next.js/TypeScript).
  • Build prompt UIs, feedback flows, and human-in-the-loop interfaces that are accessible and privacy-conscious.
  • Work with product and ML teams on A/B tests, UX metrics and qualitative evaluation.
  • Optimize performance and accessibility for a global audience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years building front-end applications with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
  • Strong sense of UI/UX, experience with design tools (Figma/Sketch) and design systems.
  • Experience integrating with AI/ML services (LLM APIs, embeddings, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, performance optimization and testing.
  • Portfolio with interaction-focused examples (prototypes, component libraries, or shipped experiences).
